Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website by visiting your account page or using the tracking link provided in the email.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, our fulfillment process begins and changes may not be possible.
